"If you are not in the process of becoming the person you want to be,
you are automatically engaged in becoming the person you don't want to be."

Dale Carnegie

Personal strength comes from a game of questions: Who ...? Why..? How...? Who...? And what..?

If you think you've run out of answers, I would be happy

to inspire you with new questions.

Education

  • I enjoyed and I graduated from the Tudor Vianu National College of Informatics in Bucharest, at a time when the BAC in computer science was compulsory and was given "offline", with a pen on paper. After high school, I felt "naturally" like continuing with the Faculty of Psychology, but I gave up: human sciences did not seem "future material" in 2002.

  • So I attended and graduated in parallel from the International Economic Relations (ASE-Bucharest) and the Franco-Romanian Institute of Management at the University of Auvergne, Clermont-Ferrand. And all the while I was wondering what I was doing there ...

  • In 2005 I started training in Transactional Analysis and I have not stopped learning about self-knowledge and relationships since. Because the intertwining of the two has the greatest impact on our quality of life: only if we know ourselves and can have healthy relationships do we feel present and "behind the wheel" in our lives.

  • My areas of expertise are: self-knowledge, communication, relationships, team building, stress management, leadership, emotional intelligence, Perceptual Development, presentations and public speaking.

Professional experience

  • Independent by nature, I started working in the banking environment from the first year of college. I started with a part-time job as a Receptionist, continued in Customer Care and used my creativity and "technical" inclination in Product and Business Development roles. At that time I didn't know how to ask myself who I wanted to be and I didn't see any connection between activity and identity.

  • I began to be fascinated by the inner and outer dynamics of people when I was a member of the integration team in the mergers of HVB-Banca Tiriac and HVB Tiriac-Unicredit: then I realized how important it is to be good with ourselves so we can work (effectively) with others.

  • When I was 25, in a summer school in Slovenia, I received the answer to a question that I had not even then learned to articulate: I realized that I wanted to work with people, in a context of learning and development. . I haven't been quiet since as I finally started asking myself questions.

  • It took me "only" 5 more years to prepare and in 2012 I took the leap to training and consulting. And I feel the greatest joy when the people I work with start to explore from a space of courage and become active in the process of building the life they want, both at work and at home.

Soul activities

  • Since 2014 I have been a mentor in Innovation Labs, a business accelerator for young people who want to create a better world through innovative products and services in the tech area.

  • Since 2015 I have been holding a Personal Development seminar for the Master students of the Faculty of Automation and Computers within UPB.

  • How I enjoy people and the world: I paint furniture, I cook, read, travel (especially in India) and practice yoga (especially Ashtanga Vinyasa).
